Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Moov Money, Wave, Visa, Mastercard, cash and bank transfer. Online payments are collected via an aggregator (Campay, Notchpay, CinetPay or FedaPay) depending on your country.

How do I add a new student?

Go to Students → "Add Student", enter the first name, last name, class and save. See the Help Center for an illustrated step-by-step guide.

How do I record a payment?

Go to Payments → "Record Payment", select the student and invoice, enter the amount and method, then confirm. A receipt is generated automatically.

How do parents receive invoices?

Via WhatsApp, SMS or email, with a direct payment link. Enable the channels in Settings → Communication.

How do I generate invoices for a whole class?

Go to Fees → Generate Invoices, select a fee schedule, filter by class, check the students and confirm. Invoices are created in one click.

How do I set up payments without an aggregator?

In Settings → Profile, use "Use country template" to pre-fill your manual payment instructions (Mobile Money numbers, IBAN). Parents will see these instructions on the payment page.

How do I send a reminder to overdue parents?

Go to Communications, select an overdue invoice, choose the channel and send. To follow up with several parents, use bulk send.

How do I invite an accountant or cashier?

Go to Users → "Invite User", enter the email and choose the role. The staff member will receive an email to join your school.
