About SkolarPay
SkolarPay is the all-in-one school fee management platform, built for private schools in Francophone Africa.
In many private schools, collecting school fees remains a manual, slow and error-prone process. Administrators juggle paper ledgers, cash and Mobile Money statements, while parents struggle to know what they owe and how to pay. SkolarPay solves this by bringing collection, invoicing, parent communication and overdue tracking together in a single app.
Our platform lets schools accept payments via Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Moov Money, Wave, bank card, cash or bank transfer. Invoices and receipts are generated automatically, with the school's branding, and sent straight to parents by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Administrators see collection rates, overdue balances and per-class collections in real time.
SkolarPay is designed for private school owners, finance managers and cashiers in countries such as Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Benin, Togo, Chad, Congo, the DRC and the Central African Republic. The app works offline and syncs as soon as connectivity returns, making it well suited to low-connectivity regions.
